CONTROL SYSTEM
Quality Control of Cotton
Lint cotton, grown by contracted farmers, is harvested.
The cotton is then transported to a ginning factory, where it is separated into seeds and raw cotton.
The processed cotton is baled and stored in Warehouse No. 1.
Each cotton bale is labeled with:
Quality data, including micronaire and color.
Producer information to ensure traceability.
